With Rush Appraisal Services for Pittsburgh Appraisals, kindly consider that not all properties are eligible for this service and our existing commitments could restrict our ability to offer the rush service for you.

Our SUPER-RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is delivered to you within 24 hours of the property inspection (including weekends and holidays) and usually adds a 50% charge to our typical appraisal charge.
